WHAT IS F3 NKY?

F3 Northern Kentucky is a free, peer-led men’s fitness and fellowship organization dedicated to building stronger men and stronger communities. Founded in April 2023, F3 NKY began humbly with one Area of Operation (AO) at President’s Park in Edgewood and just three workouts per week.

In a short time, the region has experienced remarkable growth. Today, F3 Northern Kentucky has expanded to seven AOs across the area and now offers at least 15 workouts each week, providing consistent opportunities for men to challenge themselves physically, connect relationally, and grow together in leadership and service.

More than just workouts, F3 NKY is a brotherhood built on fitness, fellowship, and faith, welcoming all men regardless of background or fitness level. Through early-morning workouts, shared hardship, and meaningful fellowship, F3 Northern Kentucky continues to plant, grow, and serve—leaving no man behind and positively impacting the communities it calls home.
