Bluegrass Forge – F3 Kentucky Statewide Convergence

On August 1st, 130 HIMs (High Impact Males) from across the Commonwealth gathered at West Sixth Brewery Farm in Frankfort for Bluegrass Forge, F3 Kentucky's statewide convergence.

The event united brothers from the F3 regions of Northern Kentucky, Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, and Bardstown, showcasing the continued growth of F3 throughout Kentucky and the shared commitment to its core principles of Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.

The morning began with a challenging one-hour ruck, as the PAX traveled the scenic grounds together, encouraging one another while strengthening the bonds that unite F3. The ruck was followed by a demanding one-hour beatdown, where 130 HIMs pushed themselves physically and mentally through a workout designed to build resilience, leadership, and accountability.

Following the beatdown, everyone gathered for the F2 (Fellowship) portion of the convergence, enjoying breakfast and coffee together. The conversations, laughter, and shared experiences reinforced the relationships that make F3 much more than a workout—it is a brotherhood dedicated to helping men become better leaders in their families, workplaces, and communities.

Bluegrass Forge lived up to its name by bringing together men from every corner of Kentucky, forging new friendships while strengthening existing ones. The impressive turnout of 130 HIMs demonstrated the continued momentum of F3 across the Commonwealth and highlighted the impact that committed, servant-minded men can have when they unite around a common purpose.

A special thank you goes to everyone who traveled, volunteered, and helped make Bluegrass Forge a tremendous success. The friendships formed, the miles rucked, the sweat shared, and the fellowship enjoyed made this a memorable day that will continue to strengthen F3 throughout Kentucky for years to come.
