F3 Yule Rush 2025 Recap

The F3 Yule Rush 2025 brought together 50 PAX from F3 Northern Kentucky and F3 Cincinnati for an unforgettable display of fellowship, fitness, and grit. Gathering at the Brady Center in downtown Cincinnati, the PAX set out on a challenging ruck that crossed into Covington and Newport, Kentucky, before returning back to Cincinnati.

Along the route, the group stopped at multiple points to throw down exercises, pushing one another reinforcing the bonds that make F3 special. The ruck showcased not only physical endurance, but also the shared leadership and encouragement that define both regions.

By the time the PAX returned to the Brady Center, miles had been logged, muscles were smoked, and camaraderie was stronger than ever. The Yule Rush 2025 was a powerful reminder of the strength found in community, accountability, and showing up together—a true testament to the brotherhood of F3 across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. 💪🎄Great food shared after by all at the Brady Center for some wonderful Fellowship.
